Rare Idol (Live!)

Rare Hospitality wanted to add a personal and inclusive element to the entertainment for their 2007 General Manager's Conference. So they gave their 20,000+ employees the opportunity to sing a song, videotape it, and send it in for a chance to perform live at the show and compete for the first ever 'Rare Idol' crown.

You can see a montage of some of the many entries here, but here you'll see highlights of the actual show - complete with an actor channeling Ryan Seacrest, dueling pianos from the wildly entertaining Michael and Amy, and three judges who (through the magic of theatre) joined us on the video screens 'live via satellite' to rate the aspiring young singers.
