Rare Idol

Apparently, there’s some show where people get up and sing, and then these other people judge their talent, and then a bunch of other people vote to see who’s the best.

Borrowing from this concept, our friends at Rare Hospitality invited their more than 20,000 employees to compete for a chance to perform at the 2007 General Manager’s Conference.

The tapes and DVDs poured in, and when the finalists were selected we brought in three actors to play dress-up and assist with the judging. Here’s a montage of some of the many submissions.
